3 hrs of relaxing in the parking lot waiting for my front skewer to arrive. Not a bad place to be, gotta love the mountains!

Everyone else may get 7-8 hrs
The 3 should be fine after the fast 3 wrecked me yesterday
It brutal to try and sit in on Jeremiah Bishops SVBC points ride
Carpenter kept the pace high when the fools weren't attacking
There was a lot of tomfoolish trickery going up the road and any given moment
Hope I get a chance to try again next week!

Mike Capraro, Susan Musante and Sue George are chainsawing and clearing the Long Mountain Trail today
The LMT is a great drop in to Trout Pond
This trail has been used in many bicycle events and group rides in the Lee Ranger District of the George Washington National Forest
It is also a trail used to get to some great camping facilities if you are riding through on the Virginia Mountain Bicycling Trail
What a ride!

Sierra La Laguna - Baja Bicycle Crossing

The crossing was super hard. There were some nice singletrack moments
when we weren't shouldering our bicycles up super steep sections of
trail.

Baja bicycle crossing of the Sierra La Laguna - what an adventure!

The Baja crossing did happen. It took Todd and I 8 hrs to get to the
singletrack downhill to Todo Santos. BRUTAL!
